Participants need to have a good understanding of FANUC robots, TPE programming and ROBOGUIDE HandlingPRO software

Course Overview

COURSE DESCRIPTION

FANUC ROBOGUIDE is a robot system animation tool specifically developed for the production and maintenance of robot systems. It can be used both in offices and on the factory floor. This course is designed for developers in order to successfully analyse, simulate, and test applications by offline programming with ROBOGUIDE. WeldPRO is for use in welding specific work cells for setting up welding system and generation of weld paths.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Install and use the software
Create programs with the virtual teach pendant
Build and program a simple cell offline
Launch simulation to test movements, cycle times, collision detection

SUBJECTS COVERED

Importing of 3D models of the object to be welded
Importing of 3D models of the environment around the robot
Movement of the robot into simulator
Creation of trajectories on the object to be welded
Creation of TP programs
Control of any possible collisions
Modification, where necessary, of the programs
